Beautiful chalet located in Arrowhead lake community perfect (just outside the gate) for a get away all year long.
Offers a warm comfortable experience that you can’t get at a hotel.
Includes big living room, a family room, huge front and back decks to spent time with your family and friends and make memories.
Easy access to all the area amenities - arrowhead lake, pool, gym, and idyllic nature escapes. Ideal for couples with kids and small friends groups. Min age to rent is 25 years or above

The space
The cabin (Township Registration # 010382) is very easy to access. There are front and back decks to spend time outdoors. There is a living room, a family room, 2 bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen, a 3 season room, dining space, private backyard, and a fully fenced area for kids and pets to play. Please note that all bookings have to be made 5 days prior to check in

**Pools will be open on the weekends starting Memorial Day Weekend and open daily the third week of June. The pools close for the season on Labor Day.**

*Effective April 15, 2024* - For any new bookings
1. Transaction Fee: $20 (Non Refundable, would be charged even if the booking is canceled)
2. Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle
3. Temporary Membership Fee: $6 per person/day for all guests 6 & over
**2 Temporary Memberships included with booking for duration of stay.
If the booking is less than 3 days from the check in date then the community charges $100 as late fees. These fees are beyond our control and it is the policy of our community association.
**The Transaction Fees and Vehicle Gate card fees would be reflected as Community fees on booking. The incremental temporary membership fees (less the 2 temporary membership fees) if applicable would be charged through VRBO.
**Please head straight to the he Arrowhead Lake Rental Office Liberty Plaza, right off RT 940 906 Route 940 Suite #101 Pocono Lake, PA 18347 Offsite Rental Office hours are 10am-10pm to obtain your gate cards and wristbands. Incase you have an emergency and you are arriving after 10PM, let he host know so. he can arrange alternative registration location

Summary: We had a great time up in the Poconos at this house. It is easy to access from a main road and still get the benefits of community access. The layout was very good. There are 2 porches in front and back which have a convenient rail and gate that keeps dogs in. Our dog loved being on both porches. She also enjoyed the convenient fenced area on the grounds where she could be left unsupervised for a bit. This is a major advantage when you bring a dog. It was a cool, rainy memorial day weekend but we found plenty to do. Some great bars and restaurants nearby and the lodge at the lake were fun. The fire was nice to have on those cool nights. The only thing was that on arrival, I didnt realize we had to turn on the water in the closet in the back. But I might have missed that communication. Overall great place and Id come back.
