- Secure parking on request directly on the private property, which is secured with an automatic gate for 10eur per day. - the building is located outside the ZTL (traffic limited zone) and can therefore be reached by car without any problems - 1st floor - elevator in the building (access 66cm wide) - The access road to the main entrance of the building is a bit steep
- Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible. - On request, I can gladly order a reliable shuttle from the airport - The proximity of the station of San Pietro is certainly very advantageous for connections to the airport and Termini station. Noise sensitive people might feel disturbed. - A tourist tax must be paid to the City Council of Rome - it's 6,00 EUR per guest per night, to be paid directly through Airbnb during the online booking process. - parking is possible upon request for 10eur per day (limited availability). to be paid upon arrival. - smoking allowed only on the balcony with the door nearly closed so that the smoke cannot enter the room. please be careful not to lock yourself out by closing completely the balcony door as it won't open from outside!

We are located within a condominium with automatic gates and, if you need, you can ask Catherine if you can park the car on the property parking for a small charge. But make your request as soon as possible, because it only has a few parking spaces available, so unfortunately there is not always room for everyone. We are surrounded by green , so it almost seems not to be in a big capital like Rome. We are close to the train, but the condo is well isolated, so it doesn’t bother us much. However, we wanted to tell you, in case you are very sensitive to noise. In just 10 minutes on foot you can reach the Vatican and the historic center. Nearby you will find supermarkets and other shops. The area is easily accessible by car without ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). If you arrive by other means, they can also be reached from Roma Termini station by bus 64 to the terminus; crosses the entire historic center passing close to many monuments, it’s not bad! But honestly, if you prefer a quicker and more comfortable way to reach us, we recommend that our team book you a shuttle from the airport.

FROM CIAMPINO AIRPORT From Ciampino you can order a transfer* or take a bus that to Roma Termini and from there bus 64 to the last stop St. Peter’s Station (stazione San Pietro). BY TRAIN If you arrive by train, check if the train also stops at Roma Tiburtina. Usually almost all trains stop there before entering Roma Termini. At Tiburtina you can then change trains and take one to Roma San Pietro. We are located right behind St. Peter’s Station. We recommend this because it is easier to change at Tiburtina than at Termini. Alternatively from Termini you can take bus 64 (beware of pickpockets) to the last stop, St. Peter’s Station. Once at St. Peter’s Station take the pedestrian underpass that is to the right of the station entrance (looking at the station frontally from the street). Walk through the underpass and follow the signs for the Clivo Monte del Gallo exit. We are located at Via del Lago Terrione 45 (first building keeping to the left once you exit the underpass). BY CAR Our area is outside the ZTL (traffic limited zone) – so you can reach us in Via del Lago Terrione 45 without any problems. You can park inside our apartment building, but you must request parking in advance as we have only a limited number of spaces available.
