The closest bus stop is only 1 minute from the property! The home features a bright living room, a cosy bedroom and a modern kitchen. Complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for a more comfortable stay. The property is located on the ground floor, yet, there is a small number of easy to climb stairs leading to the building. The Space: This apartment is relatively new, meaning all of our fixtures and fittings are modern and up to date. Our bright and clean bedrooms both feature comfortable double beds as well as considerable storage space. Our main bedroom also features a desk for work and study. Our comfortable living area provides an excellent place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The living area features a double sofa which converts into a bed for an extra guest, The living area also features a dining and study area, providing a great place to work, as well as high speed WiFi and Freeview TV. The kitchen area provides all of the essential amenities to make you feel at home. There is more than enough space to prepare a nice warm meal, which can be enjoyed on the dining table for 4! Leading on from our living area, guests have access to our little garden area, which is perfect to sit out on a warm day. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home! Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: This is a quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. The apartment is within easy walking distance to two of Edinburgh's main stadiums, Murrayfield and Tynecastle. Perfect for anybody looking to stay during the 6 nations as well as Guinness pro 14 matches. For grocery shopping, there is a Scotmid located a short walk away on Gorgie Road. Guests will be able to enjoy a number of pubs and restaurants in the local area. Getting Around: There is free on-street parking located on Roberstson Avenue, which is quite rare for Edinburgh.
