Recently updated beach house perfect for your Newport vacation. We travel and use VRBO and know what travelers are looking for on their vacation. This house is generously equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Plenty of utensils, plates, glasses. This house is located walking distance to first beach and second beach. Perfect neighborhood for families who like to walk to the beach, dining, shopping and ice cream. Located 1.5 miles from the Cliff Walk and downtown Newport. Lovely outside space to enjoy the beautiful summer weather and grill a great meal. Plenty of space for lounging after the beach. This house is listed as 2 bedrooms, however there is an additional room with a daybed and trundle that sleeps 2. Beds have new memory foam mattresses (or topper) that will make sleeping easy and comfortable for anyone. This rental includes a separate garage that has been converted to a recreation room including foosball, TV and spin bike and light gym equipment. House is fully equipped with all beach essentials, (2 boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, beach towels and sand toys). Just bring yourself. Pets allowed for additional deposit & cleaning fee.
