Villa Tentazione is a pleasant and spacious villa situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps 13 people. It is approximately 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Marina di Mancaversa. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), shops at 2.5 km (roughly 1.6 miles) and the closest beach (Punta Pizzo beach) at 300 meters (approximately 990 feet). You will reach Villa Tentazione walking past a main entrance gate and without having to climb any steps. To stay at Villa Tentazione you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Villa Tentazione is composed of two independent villas facing each other and with a swimming pool in between. The villas are surrounded by a large garden with lush Mediterranean vegetation. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 11 meters (36 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 2.2 meters (7.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and a wooden gazebo. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October. Here you will also find a barbecue. Please kindly note. It is equipped with a wood sofa and two armchairs. From the patio you will have a view of the swimming pool. Living Room 1 The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. Kitchen You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a sofa. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Bedroom 1 You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room and from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. Bedroom 2 You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. Living Room 2 The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the verandah through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Bedroom 4 You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional single folding bed is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the verandah through a French door.
