This beautiful house is an early 1900's semi detached residence situated approx 5 minutes from junction 26, M1, and the birth place of DH Lawrence. It is conveniently located near a retail park, with big brands such as Ikea, next, M&S superstore, also Barker & stone house. The property is situated on a quiet residential street and has parking further along the street and a convenience store, 5 mins walk.
The house has been tastefully decorated and has a fully equipped kitchen, The living room has a sofabed and large dining table with chairs, leading to a large kitchen with door leading to an enclosed garden. The house has 3 bedrooms where the beds in the large bedrooms can be configured to suit either 2 singles or 1 king size bed, and the third bedroom has a single bed. The sofabed in the living room is a double. It has an upstairs bathroom with over the bath shower facilities.
