Situated on the fourth floor, this apartment (completely renovated and since the end of 2016 for renting available) gives you the chance to sunbathe on your own balcony facing west (11 m²) marvel the sunset and to enjoy watching the people on the beach and the boulevard. When you are ready for some time outdoor, take advantage of all of the walking and cycling paths and miles of beaches this area has to offer! You will find everything you need for a successfull holiday in the area. Such as restaurants, cinema, theater, swimming pool and sauna.
Relax in this modern furnished apartment (55 m²) suited for up for two people. The stylish living room has a sofa, an elevated dining table with 4 seats and a flat screen TV available.
The (new) kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezing area, combi microwave/oven.
The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00), 2 closets and a wardrobe. From the bedroom you walk into the (new) wonderful bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower, a wash basin and toilet.
Free Wifi is available. In the garage you have your own parking space (15 m²) for one car. Bed linen and towels will be provided at a cost.
