Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Room was a decent size, a little out of the centre, but easily accessible by metro. Spa bath was amazing, although took time to fill (as its huge!). Bed was very comfy and room was dark at night!

Negative: Water from shower goes all over the floor. Communication about check-in was very confusing as its not in the building (make sure you go to reception before you go to the room). The fridge did not keep anything cold. Staff charged me the wrong amount of city tax (unknown to me it had increase 2 months prior) and then pested me to correct their mistake. You need the room key (not just any card) to have the electric on, when you take this with you ALL the electric turns off, so don't think you can leave your laptop/tablet charging while you are out, it won't.

Summary: Good room, great bath. Communication needs improvement, electric is annoying.
