Positive: A WELL SITUATED ON 3RD FLOOW APARTMENT WITH A VISTA TO DIE FOR - PRACTICALLY THE WHOLE CORSO VISIBLE CLIMAXING WITH THE CATTEDRALE DI SAN LORENZO WITH ITS CAMPANILE. AN INCONSPICOUS DOOR LEEDS YOU TO A FLY OF STAIRS - ALL IN STYLISTING KEEPING WITH THE AGE OF THE BUILDING. I COULD NOT MAKE MY MIND IF THE SAIRS WERE MARBLE OR QUARTZITE, BUT I SHALL LEAVE THIS TO THE MALCONTENTS TO ESTABLISH. YOU LAND AT THE THE APARTMENT DOOR - ENTER KITCHEN/DINER/LOUNGE OPEN SPACE. PASSING THAT ON THE RIGHT YOU FIND A VERY MODERN BATHROOM CONTAINING A STEP-IN SHOWER CABIN WITH TWO OPTION OF RINSE - HOSE AND TOP, THE REST ACCOMODATES A GOOD SIZE WASHING BASIN, TOILET WITH A VERY COMFORTABLE SEAT AND THE PIECE DE RESITANCE - THE BIDET. FROM ALL OF THAT, PASSING A PARTITION WALL WITH TWO PAIRS OF SLIDING DOORS YOU FIND TWO BEDROOMS WOTH VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS, CHARGING POINTS ETC, PORTABLE A/C IS ALSO AVAILABLE.
