Newly renovated, it reflects a modern open-plan design perfect for entertaining or just relaxing with family and friends. This home is single level and situated on a flat block. It is a flat 900 m walk to the beach and 300m to local tennis courts and playground. It has a spacious outdoor entertaining area with a stainless steel BBQ, overlooking a grassed area, perfect for children. Copacabana is a relaxing holiday destination. Resort feel for the ultimate escape! The fully equipped kitchen is modern, has gas cooking, dishwasher and a breakfast bar, perfect for entertaining. Overlooking the kitchen is an 8 seater dining table. With 2 Living areas, wall-mounted TV's (one being a 52 inch plasma) DVD players, a leather lounge and FOXTEL, what more do you need to enjoy the ultimate cinema experience. 4 bedrooms offering 2 queen beds, and 2 double beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Modern main bathroom and an ensuite. The laundry has washer, dryer and a second fridge. There is a brand new wood fire heater. Perfect for winter rental. Off street parking for 2-3 cars. Copacabana, a great place to swim, stay and play. 'Copa' is very family friendly, and has a safe, community feel. It is 1.5 hours north of Sydney and located between Avoca Beach and MacMasters Beach. It is a well kept secret! Copa is bordered by Bhouddi National Park with spectacular bush walking tracks. Terrigal is 10 minutes and Erina Fair Shopping Centre is 15 minutes, complete with cinemas. Within walking distance is Copa's magnificent patrolled beach, great for swimming and surfing, and with its own rockpool. Opposite the beach are cafes, general store, bakery, surf club kiosk and children's playground. There is plenty to do, swimming, surfing, tennis, fishing, boating, snorkelling or just relaxing with family and friends at 'Copadaze.' With respect to our neighbours, parties are not acceptable.
