Summary:
We are located minutes away from UBC, the Endowment Lands, and the lively Dunbar area. The basement has a 1 bedroom suite that is equipped with a queen size bed and double sofa bed with a large sectional in the living room. It can sleep 5 comfortably. There is one full washroom that is fully stocked.
The airport is 15 minutes away and downtown is also 15 minutes away.
The Space:
The basement suite is equipped with a queen size bed and a double sofa bed. The living room has a large sectional that can sleep a large person.
Our kitchen has all the tools you need to host a family meal. You will have your own separate access to your suite with all the privacy of an apartment.
There is one full washroom and ample street parking nearby.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole suite without sharing with anyone. Clear instructions including videos of how to access the suite will be sent upon booking confirmation.
Guests will be given an access code that is only valid during your stay. The access code is active at 3pm check-in day and deactivated at 11am at the check-out day.
The Neighborhood:
We are nestled on the West side of Vancouver. It’s a beautiful quiet neighbourhood in an exclusive part of the city. Plenty of large trees, nature, wildlife, and oxygen surround us, yet we are just 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver (30 minutes by bus). We are also just 5 minutes drive from UBC Campus, beautiful Wreck Beach and Vancouver Museum. Vancouver International Airport in Richmond is 15 minutes drive. Dunbar village and Kerrisdale are 2 very close-by neighbourhoods (5 minutes drive away or 10 minute bus trip) with plenty of groceries, cafes, restaurants and shopping to enjoy. Also we are close to two public golf course, the Musqueam and McCleery Golf Course - If you love nature and a beautiful quiet neighbourhood, yet want to have downtown accessible, then this is the perfect spot for you! :)
Getting Around:
Vancouver offers tradional taxi service, Uber, Lyft and transit is closeby. Just Google Map the address and search transit. 15 mins reach to Downtown Vancouver, 15 mins reach to YVR international Vancouver airport

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

Please take note that once a booking is confirmed, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate any requests for cancellation or modifications that would result in a shorter stay, regardless of the reason, including emergencies or changes of mind. It is crucial for all guests to be fully informed about this policy during the booking process and to ensure their understanding before confirming their reservation. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to this policy. Thank you.
House rules information:
1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.

1. Early Check-In:
Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.

2. Late Check-Out:
Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).
3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:
We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM
The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.
We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
