Replete with four bedrooms and three-baths, the home can easily accommodate ten guests, and is the perfect place to spend your summer vacation! Guests will enjoy boating from the 40' dock, the sandy walk-in beach, screened-in gazebo with fire-pit, swim raft and water's edge deck; ideal for sunbathing.
The home's three-level interior is bright and airy as a result of an abundance of windows throughout , which provide brilliant views of the lake. The main living area of the home features an open floor-plan with cathedral ceilings, and a three-season sun-room with 180-degree views of the water. The kitchen on this level is very well-equipped with stainless-steel appliances, an island for meal prep, and a dining area with seating for six. There is an over-sized slider off the dining area with access to a deck, as well as a lower-level patio. Guests can enjoy watching their favorite shows on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV in the living room with seating for six. There is a also spacious, queen-sized bedroom on the main level, in addition to a 3/4 bath and laundry room.
The remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper and lower levels, respectively. The primary suite is on the upper level and offers a queen-sized bed and its own private balcony with lovely views. There is a full-sized bathroom across the hall. The lower level has a full-bath and two bedrooms; one with a full-sized bed and another with two twins, ideal for kids! There is also a separate living area with an additional TV.
