This exquisite 2BR-2BA, 12th floor residence at Westwinds, Sandestin® Resort features two bedrooms and two baths. Every detail reflects relaxed elegance, blending the colors of the sea with natural fabrics and travertine flooring throughout. Westwinds offers a world class resort experience beyond its gated entrance. A sugar white private beach, a sparkling lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, poolside amenities, a fitness center, and garage parking await you. The living area is furnished with stylish and comfortable seating including a designer sofa and a flat panel HDTV/DVD. The fully stocked kitchen features the stainless appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and gadgets necessary to prepare delicious meals for the family. A round farm style table completes the inviting dining area with seating for four guests. With access to the balcony, the master suite features a king bed, a flat panel HDTV/DVD, generous closet space and an adjoining master bathroom. Our guest bedroom offers two full beds, a flat panel HDTV/DVD and an adjoining full bathroom. This beachfront condo is located on the 12th level at Westwinds with convenience to the elevator. The beach and sparkling blue swimming pool are just downstairs - along with all the amenities of the Resort. There is convenient garage parking and tram service included. Additional parking is available in the building parking lot. WIFI is provided. The location is perfect and the accommodations are luxurious.
