Welcome to my home! I welcome you in my 22 square meters apartment in Sainte-Maxime, 20 minutes by car from Saint-Tropez. Ideally located close to the beach and the casino, you can enjoy a popular seaside resort in summer and stroll through the narrow streets of the old city. You will find many shops, restaurants and bars along the sea. The studio can accommodate 2 travellers. Very good stay :) ## Logement The studio is brand new and is composed of a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen area to relax after an intense day at the sea. The apartment has a BALCON overlooking the residence's swimming pool, which will be very appreciated in summer. In addition, you will be able to take advantage of a parking lot. You will have everything at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay. Television (no wifi), clothesline, parasol for the terrace, fan, 2 lamps on foot. The sofa is an IKEA sofa / bed that opens in 2 parts. 1 radiator (living room) and 1 towel warmer (bathroom) with ON/OFF button. The instructions for use are in the TV cabinet. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and reach Saint-Tropez! The district is very appreciated by locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favorites with you! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler. ## Emplacement At the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, Saint-Maxime is a famous French city. The city became famous in the 20th century by attracting poets, painters and writers seduced by the climate, the beauty of the surroundings and the azure blue of the water.
