The house is located in Naklice, a small village 6 km away from Omis. Beautiful scenery, peaceful rural setting, close to the canon of the Cetina River and only a ten minute drive to the beautiful beaches. The villa is suited for all kind of groups . The perfect holiday in peace and quiet. A priority is a combination of peace and quiet and privacy, and on the other side close to the city (Omiš 6 km, Split 22 km). The house has two floors, 5 double bedrooms, and 2 living room (2 sofas can be used as two extra bed for 4 persons( 2+2). 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. There are two kitchens. It is only for private use , there are no other guests . It has a sauna and gym, 50 m2 swimming pool with cold Jacuzzi. Large yard and playground, gazebo for sitting and resting, indoor and outdoor fireplace for grilling.
Nearby there are hiking and biking trails, beautiful walks in the mountains, Radman's mills, canyoning, rafting, hiking, boat trips to the island of Brac. :-))))

Summary: This villa was exactly what we were looking for. Secluded but close to an attractive town (Omis) with restaurants and plenty of nearby activities (rafting, zipwire, boat tours). The property has an excellent pool that the kids loved, and we easily had enough space for our group of 12. Antonia couldn't have been more helpful providing us with perfect recommendations throughout. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a geat base to relax in and enjoy the surrounding area.
