Summary: Schliersee is a beautiful village with amazing scenery and very warm, friendly people. Robert and Marion's apartment was everything you could ask for on a holiday - a real home from home. The attention to detail, both in communications with them and during our stay was second to none. They were always available, should you require them, but also allowed you to enjoy your holiday without being too much in evidence. My wife, Doreen and I have stayed in Schliersee on a number of occasions, but this was, by far, our most enjoyable accommodation. It was so central for all of our needs, in particular the train station and local supermarket - if you are on foot, Robert will meet you at the station to help with luggage and transportation to their apartment. They both speak excellent English. We will most certainly try to stay with them when we return to Schliersee.
