Summary: The only reason why I am giving this place a 5 star is because of the manager. She did everything she possibly could to fix the situation and make it right for the guests when the water was having issues. A guest above me decided to purposely plug the sink cause the pipe to burst and poor into our room. Tbh that guest should have to pay our hotel fee due to the damages they caused to not only the room but our belongings as well. The room itself was very nice. The beds however, they should take the opportunity to upgrade the beds or charge closer to the original fee posted with is $50. Vacasa was horrible to deal with in trying to get a refund for what happened. Had to call three times. However the last lady was very nice and helpful.
