This self-contained, separate apartment is the ground floor of our home. With tons of light and a fully-stocked kitchenette, this space was completely remodeled in 2023 with high end finishes, plenty of storage, comfortable seating, and a bedroom with gorgeous views through floor to ceiling windows.

Our property straddles a rushing mountain stream ten minutes from downtown Boulder. Situated at the mouth of a gorgeous canyon, we are right across the road from 5,000 acres of open space, providing excellent hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Within a 45 minute drive of Rocky Mountain National Park and 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and the incredible system of hiking trails that are the crown jewel of Boulder County, this is a nature lovers paradise.
While we have neighbors it is almost impossible to see their homes, especially in the summer when the leaves are on the trees.
