This expansive and exemplary 4,000 square foot residence is old world, chic, and uncompromising. Splendid in form and function, Cobbo’s House is sure to surpass all expectations offering an unforgettable "WOW" experience! Control the entire home from the in-wall touch panels or the included ipad.
Situated in Clovis with a park in the neighborhood and just a short walk or bike ride 1-1/2 to 2 miles on the trail directly behind the house to starbucks, pizza, sandwich's, burgers, pasta, and several other items. Take the trail even further to tons of other nearby shopping centers and restaurants. A trail map will be provided before your arrival.
Cobbo's is 8 miles from the airport, 15 miles to Millerton Lake, 40 miles to Pine Flat Lake, 50 miles to Bass Lake, 56 miles to Shaver Lake, 60 Miles to China Peak Ski Resort, 60 miles to Yosemite National Park (90 miles to the valley), 70 miles to Sequoia National Park, 70 miles to Hume Lake, 160 miles to the central coast to enjoy Cambria, Cayucos, Morro Bay, Avila Beach or Pismo Beach and 160 miles to the Monterey and Carmel areas.
*Celebrations amongst the group staying at the house are welcome. Big parties or people at the house that are not on the booking are not allowed. The max amount of people allowed at this house is 8 people. Here's an example of what could be allowed with permission; you book for 4 people and you have 4 other friends or family in the area that you would like to have over. This would be acceptable with permission beforehand just as long as the total number of people at the house does not exceed 8 people.

Bedroom 3 (upper level): This room has 1 Queen size bed and a large closet. The bathroom is close down the hall and features a double sink vanity and a tub/shower combo. This room also has a 55" HD TV and has a work desk and printer if needed.
Bedroom 2 (upper level): This room has 1 Queen size bed and a large closet. The bathroom is close down the hall and features a double sink vanity and a tub/shower combo. This room also has a 55" HD TV.
Bedroom 1 (lower level): This room has 1 Queen size bed and a large closet. The bathroom is the next door over and features a double sink vanity and a shower. This room also has a 65" HD TV.

You will have access to the entire house, except for a couple storage closets, a bedroom (not counted in the 4 bedrooms), 2 car garage, and the primary closets that are locked off for the owner’s belongings and supplies.
In an effort to protect our property and our guests, smart doorbells, smart garage openers and security cameras are in exterior spaces only. We are committed to your safety and privacy.
Should you want trip insurance through a third party company, one option is Insure My Trip.
We personally own and manage this home and take great pride in keeping it in top condition for our guests. It is very important to us that our home and our neighbors are treated with respect. While this is a great house for entertaining, it is not a “party house”. We do not allow big parties, weddings, or large gatherings at this house. A maximum of 8 people are allowed at this property. Quiet times, per community ordinances, are 10pm- 8am and are strictly enforced. Music during the day in the exterior locations should be kept at a low level. We do however want and expect you to have a great time and a memorable experience.
There is plenty of parking. 3-4 parking spots in the driveway, parking in front of the house and parking across the street. Also, if needed there is room for a boat or RV across the street.
Note to travelers with young children: this is a two story house and there are no baby gates installed. The pool and hot tub are not fenced. The pool alarms must be activated on each door by toggling them "on" (power is located on the side of the device). This will notify you if a door that leads to the backyard is opened.
Minimum rental age is 30 and must stay at the property the entire duration of the booking. Proof of age is required.
No pets allowed of any kind.
No smoking allowed of any kind inside the house, on the balconies or in the yard, however if smoking is necessary, smoking is allowed along the sidewalk in the front yard. Cigarette butts must be picked up and placed into the garbage can.
Linens, towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are all provided. A starter supply of consumables is also provided. Specific details are provided once booked.
