Bella Vista is a spacious, well appointed home. Sleeping 11, its perfect for two families sharing, extended family holidays or for a couples retreat.
The Panoramic views from each of the living areas and the sun drenched balcony span from Portsea, the You Yangs through to Melbourne's CBD skyline.
Its the perfect place to base yourself to explore Mornington Peninsula's beautiful beaches, wineries, golf courses, nature walks, weekend markets, restaurants, cafe's and health spa's,
Arthurs Seat gondola ride, Mornington Racecourse, Enchanted Adventure Zip line and garden maze, horse riding and fishing, boating and kayaking tours are all on offer close by.
Dine alfresco and watch the bay at play and take in awesome sunsets and spectacular star shows at night.
There is a piano on site for those who are musical, and a table tennis table in the garage. Two kayaks are available on site for your use at your own risk.
The kitchen comes with Gaggenau stove top, microwave, Vittori coffee pod machine and , wifi, a/c, ducted and jetmaster heating. Laundry includes washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is an extra mini freezer in the garage and a mini drinks fridge in the laundry.
