Set on the gentle hills in McCrae, affording gorgeous bay and water views, and being able to walk to the beach with the nearby restaurant/cafe strip, you have the best holiday options right here. The property block is large, so with ample space to securely park your boat or jet skis when travelling for a bayside escape. Returning from the beach you can easily rinse in the outdoor hot water shower and get ready for a night around the stone laid firepit - its a beautiful space where you will make fun filled memories. This stunning architectural home is bridalled amongst a lovely manicured garden, one youll genuinely enjoy. There is parking for 8 in the driveway or large boat/yacht, jetski, trailer. The property is secluded by brush fencing and gates providing privacy and security.

The King master bedroom enjoys the panoramic views with deck access through to the entertaining centre. Plush bedding, blockout blinds, sheer curtains and lush carpets are featured. With a full size bathroom ensuite, you are enveloped in luxury. Accompanying the parents retreat is a large office space with desk and seating for two. A beautiful executive working environment, so you can work from home with high-speed NBN and space to set up and spread out. For privacy the master zone has privacy doors to enclose from the living area.
The laundry with washer dryer, large centre bench and drying room is impressive and will likely turn any household chore into a delightful experience.
