Located in the heart of Rodney Bay, 2 - 3 minutes walk from most amenities, whilst being very private. The bedroom has a double-size bed queen length, is air-conditioned, has a ceiling fan and a mosquito net over the bed. The owner does not live on site, but is a short drive away if required. Very fast and reliable Fibre-Optic Wi-Fi in all parts of the building and grounds. Private Netflix a/c provided. Kitchenette includes a large fridge, microwave, stove and an oven.
Housekeeping is available Mon - Fri at no extra cost.
THE SPACE
The property is in a detached building, with a secluded private pool, spectacular sea views and a short walk from most amenities from shops to beach.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to all outdoor areas, e.g. pool, car parking and gardens. Access is also available to the large laundry room at the back of the property. The laundry room is opened when the housekeeper is present, Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm.

TAXI TRANSFER
We can arrange airport transfer for you on arrival to help make your journey as stress free as possible (recommended). Our driver, Tony, will know the address of the villa and will be provided with the door key for weekend and late check-ins. If making your own way to the villa we will supply you with directions (as most streets in St Lucia do not have names) and make arrangements for key collection. We need you to complete our online Taxi Transfer form so that we have all your correct travel details. Should you wish to be collected by our driver please indicate this on the form and payment will have to be made before you travel.
CAR HIRE
If you are interested in car hire we are linked to a reputable car hire company and you can get a 10% discount if the booking is done through our web-site. Vehicles can either be collected at the airport or delivered to the villa.
