Summary: Not a good experience, informed staff about no hot water and they sent a maintenance person up to help resolve the issue. With no success, maintenance person left to check the boiler in hope that that was the issue, and if not, he would be back to fix our shower. After an hour of waiting with no word, I returned to the lobby to let the staff know that I’m not happy and still have no hot water. They told me they would send the maintenance person back up to resolve the issue. Another 15 minutes passed, and, nothing. I returned and all they had to offer was free breakfast and informed me that the chief engineer would be there in the morning. I did not accept breakfast. Took a COLD shower because that’s all I had. Will not return because of this experience.
