1400+ square feet, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping 6 in all brand new mattresses, beds, pillows and linens. Each bedroom has it's own Samsung 4k Smart TV so you can log into Netflix or Amazon Prime and not worry about missing your favorite shows.
The living room has a extra large cozy sectional which will sit all 6 guests easily. The living room tv is a 55" samsung smart tv. The living room opens up nicely into the dining room with it's Pier 1 cottage table, paired nicely with tranquil blue accents, dining room table comfortable sits 6.
There are two full bathrooms, one has a standard tub/shower combo and the second bathroom has a shower only (not tub) and is conveniently located with quick access to the pool/patio.
Also a large capacity LG washer and dryer for your use.
Let's talk about the pool. It's large. It's deep. It's heated. It's fun. We have a resident flamingo. In the patio area, there is a patio table, loungers and a grill for your use. The backyard and pool area is shared between Chrissys Cottage and Chrissys Cottage 2 guests. However Cottage 1 and Cottage 2 are separate living spaces, they both have their own patio table and semi private area within the patio/pool area.

THE LOCATION
Located in a prime location that allows you to discover everything Sarasota has to offer! Enjoy easy access to Siesta Key’s pristine beaches, St. Armand’s Circle and Lido Beach, Downtown Sarasota’s Farmers Market, fishing, museums, shopping malls, nature preserves, botanical gardens, golf courses,. SRQ Airport, Hospitals, Arlington Park, Southside Village (stores, restaurants and bars), Nathan Benderson Park. We are also close to the quaint Amish community of Pinecraft and close to grocery stores and many wonderful restaurants.
Wanting to get out of the city for a few hours, Explore the local wildlife by driving out to Myakka State Park, 30 minutes out east to where you will see all wildlife you could imagine. Make sure to take the boat tour, and climb the tower.
Check out Big Cat Habitat, they have tigers, lions, bears, ligers and occasionally will have a sloth.
The sports fan of the group will love being only 5 to 10 minutes away from the baseball stadium, where the Orioles play their spring training games.
Guests will have access to their private home, and a shared patio and pool area.
We are local and available if you should need anything during your stay.
Close to Downtown, Siesta Key, Lido Beach, St. Armands Circle, shopping and many restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Arlington Park.

No Smoking indoors.
No glass in the pool area.

Quite hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Noise levels are monitored.
Be respectful of guests from Chrissy's Cottage 1 who share the pool/patio and front parking area.
Do not use towels, sheets, pillows, pillow cases, blankets, furniture or anything else we provide for makeup removal.
