This charming Bed & Breakfast apartment building, built in 1855 and newly restored, is convenient, bright and comfortable. Located in Point St Charles, Montreal's second oldest area only to the old port, it includes a charming deck for the summer and a fully equipped interior. Only 9 min walk to the subway, or a few minute drive to downtown and the old port, it’s well situated yet quiet. There are a variety of restaurants, bars and parks accessible by foot, also plenty of free street parking. The Space: The entire room is at your disposal. Fully furnished with Smart 50'' TV, this bright and clean space includes a shared washer and dryer, large open kitchen and new bathroom shower all with private entrance. A charming outdoor space with plenty of seating is included. Our home is located a 9 min walk from the metro (subway), and 5-10 min drive to downtown and old port. Plenty of bus access and bixi bike stations are close by. The Lachine canal and Atwater market are located close by. The Lachine canal has bike paths extending past the old port and into Lachine. You can rent bikes and non-motorized boats and paddle boards there.
