We provide everything you’ll need for a refreshing and worry-free holiday and yes your dog is welcome for a fee of $200 PER DOG under 20 pds up to two.
OUTDOOR AND BALCONY: Heated Pool and spa with outdoor sitting areas and shower so you can keep the sand where it belongs 😊is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy! Our balcony has an out door dining table, electric grill and also separate chairs to enjoy!
LIVING AREA: Unwind into vacation mode in the modern Beach living area. The leather sofa and chairs are electric and recline providing extra relaxation. Dining sitting for 8 with easy kitchen access and additional wet bar area. Kick back and stream favorite shows on the Large smart TV with the Gulf beach as your backdrop…
KITCHEN & DINING: Prepare favorite foods in the fully equipped kitchen and helpful gadgets. Refrigerator has water dispenser and ice maker. In Kitchen dining with counter height bar sitting in both island and counter bar. Both Keurig and Regular coffee maker for your choice of morning Coffee, Wet bar area also has a wine cooler and ice maker. We also provide you with condiments and coffee to get you started for your vacation.
BED & BATH: This vacation rental accommodates 8 guests between three bedrooms. The primary suite, complete with a king bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, large shower, walk in closet, beach views with direct access to balcony.
The second bedroom is furnished with your choice of two trundle XL twin beds (total 4 twins) or we can convert the beds to a comfortable King bed. Private bathroom with shower tub combo, desk space, walk in closet and smart tv.
The third bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, large smart tv, private bathroom, balcony with beach views, walk in closet and two electric recliners as this bedroom can be easily converted into a separate media room.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS: Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, water purification system throughout, beach towels, wagon, beach chairs/umbrellas and games are all provided in the rental. PARKING is available for two cars, one located under the building and the other in the open area for those oversize vehicles (Location included in Welcome in booklet).
LOCATION: Indian Rocks Beach is nestled between world renowned Clearwater and St Pete Beach. The neighborhood is friendly and tropical with a bike lane running along Gulf Blvd. Publix and Neighborhood Walmart are just a mile over Walsingham bridge. Closest Pubs and restaurants are across the street Chicago Jaqx’s Pizza and Hurricane Eddies others are Guppies, Keegans, Café De Paris, Salt house etc all within less than half a mile. Good times for all await at Splash Harbour Waterpark which is less than two miles away.
GUEST ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. No Smoking allowed and you will lose $500 of your security deposit of $2000 that is held on your credit card for damages so please do not smoke in the unit including the balcony. Cleaning fee is $350 plus 13% tax, if not charged during booking you will be billed separately. Security Cameras in use outdoors. Undisclosed and over limit guests will be asked to leave premises Immediately. Our booking fee is NOT refundable once initial payment is made, please be sure you are aware of this if you chose to pay with credit card. The family dogs are welcome with a small pet fee of $200 PER PET, 2 dogs welcomed in this home under 20pds. No other animals are allowed.
