Composed of a bathroom, a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (equipped with individual light point) separated by a door from a living room equipped with a sofa bed, your nights will be intimate, cozy and relaxing. Blankets, pillowcases and mattress covers will be at your disposal, it will be up to you to come with your own linen. The kitchen area equipped with a traditional oven, a microwave, 2 coffee makers (Nespresso and traditional), several storage spaces but also a very varied set of dishes will allow you to have lunch with pleasure and indulgence ( raclette, fondue ...). The living room, equipped with a new TV, opens onto a balcony giving you a breathtaking view of the valley and the slopes of the Pla d Adet ski resort. Improvement works were carried out in January 2018 (floating floors, rolling shutters, new decor, etc.) to better accommodate you. Although the bathroom is in perfect condition, it will be completely redesigned in May 2019 for your best comfort. Located in the ARMAZAN IV Residence, this studio is ideally placed for your winter and summer stays. In winter, you can collect your skis stored in their private room located next to the apartment to go directly to the slopes and other shops (TOP SKI SLIDING but also catering, wellness shops ... and of course the cable car which will drop you off at the village of St Lary Soulan if your heart turns out to be a city dweller) In summer, you can enjoy the many activities of the resort while maintaining direct access to the village by cable car. And all this right next to your apartment. Activities in winter and summer are very varied at Pla d'Adet for lovers of peace and nature. Many activities on site and nearby: TOP SKI SLIDING located at the entrance of Pla d'Adet will make you discover and appreciate the resort through its many offers and services. Renting this apartment will allow you to benefit from commercial gestures of welcome on several of their services ... to be discovered with relish and without restraint!
