The house "El Granero": ancient barn of the eighteenth century, today made into a studio apartment, top floor. It still conserves its traditional Canarian balcony as well as the characteristic roof, floor, and windows made of the typical Canarian pine. The balcony overlooks the central patio of the rural complex and has a window with a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains as well as of the vineyards and olive trees terraces. The apartment has 70m2 distributed in: - 1 Bedroom with double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) - 1 bathroom with shower - Living room and kitchen - Equipment: ceramic hob, kitchen equipment, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, sofa, wardrobe, electric water heater, hair dryer, washing machine in common area for guests, iron, ironing board, cot, highchair, electric heating (oil radiator), WIFI and Smart TV. - Services included: Towels, sheets and kitchen cloths. Room cleaning and change of towels and sheets twice a week. -Fund of 100 EUR to be paid in cash upon arrival.
