House "La Casita": Old house of the 18th century. 110 m2 completely restored and conditioned but keeping great part of the Canarian pine wood ceilings. It has two rooms with bathroom, an open pan kitchen and a dining room with huge garden with solarium and open air private swimming pool and with spectacular views to the mountains as well as to the vineyards and olive trees terraces. The house has a plot of 220m2 and 110m2 built and distributed in: - 1 double room with bathroom with shower and with double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) - 1 double room with 2 single beds with bathroom with shower (90 cm x 2.00 m) - Living room and kitchen - Equipment: gas cooker, kitchenware, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, sofa, wardrobe, electric water heater, hair dryer, washing machine in the common area for guests, iron, ironing board, cot , high chair, electric heating (oil radiator), WIFI, Smart TV. - Services included: Towels, sheets and kitchen cloths.
