Also, all bed covers must be replaced with bed covers that are professionally laundered after each guest departure. This rental includes the use of 2 golf carts! Step into our peaceful haven at 1307 Laurel Way in Sandestin® Resort! Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in the lovely Laurel Grove community, our cottage is cozy and private. There are 2 golf carts included! Take a cart for a short spin to the beautiful sandy white beach! Just a few steps away from the front door is the Laurel Grove clubhouse where you will find a heated swimming pool, hot tub, mini-kitchen, outdoor grill area and state of the art exercise room. The neighborhood also features several ponds for guests to fish. If you are looking for entertainment, restaurants or shopping, the Baytowne Wharf is a short golf cart ride away.
Our cottage is spacious enough for the entire family! The master bedroom is on the main floor and features a king bed and spacious private bath. A guest bedroom on the second floor offers a queen bed. You will find a charming third bedroom with two twin beds. The loft area features an extra twin daybed with television area.
There is a gourmet kitchen with plenty of cookware and dinnerware to serve the whole group! Our sunny dining area seats six with bar seating for two. Relax on our back porch and enjoy a spectacular view of the golf course! Our cottage in Laurel Grove is the perfect Resort vacation spot! Bring your family and enjoy!!
