Cozy apartment of 45m2 completely renovated in an old building and in a quiet area, on the 3rd floor (elevator), with private underground parking + 18m2 terrace facing south-south west with beautiful view of the port, designed to accommodate 4 people .

SNCF train station 15 mins walk, the city center is 10 mins walk and the path to get there runs along the port, which makes the journey very pleasant.
2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (new bedding dimensions 1.50 x 1.90) and the second with 2 comfortable bunk beds (new bedding). The rooms overlook the passageway. They are equipped with spacious storage cupboards. The bed in the master bedroom is made upon arrival, for the bedroom with bunk beds, sheets are placed on the beds. Linen is provided, sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths and place mats, and cleaning is included in the rental price.
