The back yard has a large deck and green space which is fully fenced.
The home was originally built in 1913 and has had a full renovation completed in 2022. Original features have been restored where possible while modernizing the property layout.

Found on the west side of the Sunnyside Calgary community is the popular Kensington District, reachable in less than 10 minutes of walking from the furthest point of the neighbourhood.
