With a lovely mature garden area and rooftop solarium, the townhouse boasts fantastic outside facilities. Inside the property is tastefully furnished with hot and cold air conditioning and UK TV services and a lovely conservatory area.
Just 10 minutes drive from the blue flag beaches of Guardamar and several top class golf courses in the area, this is a superb option for all types of tenancies.
