Nestled a short drive from downtown Franconia, this cabin has convenient access to Cannon Mountain and all that the White Mountains have to offer - from the Cog Rail to Clark's Trading Post to Story Land and Santa's Village. Franconia Notch is just a few minutes away, with its famous attractions such as Echo Lake Beach, the Flume Gorge, the Basin, and some of the best hikes in the Northeast. At night, after a day of skiing or exploring, marvel at the incredible number of starts and even the Milky Way, and make s'mores on the stone firepit!

Guest Bed #1: Located on the main level in the open living area and features a Queen bed. Sleeps 2.
Additional Sleeping Options: Located on the main level in bonus TV room and features a fold-out Full bed. Sleeps 2.
Kitchen: Fully stocked for all your cooking needs and offers a drip coffee maker.
Dining/Living Area: A sunny open concept space with dining table that seats 4 and a separate TV den area with windows all around letting the sun shine in!
Outdoor Area: Woodsy yard with firepit! Beautiful stone wall and private driveway.
Extra Features: Free wi-fi, cable TV, washer/dryer and linens/towels provided. A small supermarket just a few minutes away in downtown Franconia. Charcoal Grill. Window AC unit installed for Memorial Day weekend through September.

House Rules:
-Due to the behavior of a minority of our guests, we must hold these rules strictly. We apologize if it feels that some of these rules are strict or overbearing. Short Term rentals affect the communities around them and we must do our duty to protect our local residents,
our owners and homes and the broader communities that we operate in. We appreciate
your understanding. And we appreciate you abiding by these rules with respect and
diligence.
-Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM unless otherwise authorized.
-Checkout is 11 am - Unauthorized late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
-Property may be equipped with cameras on the exterior of the property. They will not be
recording audio nor will they be able to see areas of property where personal privacy should
be expected, such as windows or hot tubs.
-The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval.
-Guests on property that are not provided in your guest list will be considered as trespassing.
-No events, parties or large gatherings. An event is any period of time that guests not
included in the guest count are at the property.
-At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to
be so loud as to be a nuisance to others.
-Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations.
-No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Dogs (2 dogs max) subject to $100/dog/stay fee. Dogs that may bark cannot be left alone
inside the unit unattended. No other pets allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee
and immediate removal from the unit.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Home is in a wooded location. Please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
