Welcome to my central, sunny penthouse, located in Neapoli, 10 min from Lycabetus hill and Exarchia, one of the most vibrant areas in Athens, and only a half an hour walk to the historic center and the archaeological sites, with an easy access to the metro network and other public tr It is on the 5th floor and offers a great view of Lycabettus and the city. From the roof you can see the Acropolis. The flat has 3 air conditioners for cooling and heating and insect screens in all balcony doors. Mini market (open 7 days a week until 11pm) and candy store in 30 meters from the apartment Supermarket in 5 minutes walk Backery in 3 minutes walk Grocery's in 3 minutes walk restaurants, coffee shops and bars in 5-10 minutes walk The apartment, which is very sunny and quiet, is hundred square meters and is ideal for a family or a group of 6 or 7 persons. It is in the center of Athens and its only a half an hour walk to the historic center and the archaeological sites. It has balconies in all rooms, a large terrace and offers a great view of the city from all rooms. The terrace, where you can enjoy your coffee, drink or dinner with the beautifull view of Lycabettus hill, as you can see on the pictures, is sunny from sunrise to late afternoon. From the balcony's at the other side of the flat you can enjoy more sun after 1-2 pm, and of course the (sometimes breathtaking) sunset. You have also access to the roof top, where you can enjoy an astonishing view of Athens and the Acropolis. The apartment has air condicioners in the bedrooms and in the living room. It has also insect screens in all balcony doors and windows.The balcony doors of the bedroom's have rollers that completely darken the room, if you want to sleep until late. In the dining room is also a second sofa bed for a 7th person. This room does not have airconditioner, but it can be cooled by the airconditioner of the living area. Or you can use a fan. To the foots of the hill, which is the highest point in the city of Athens and offers a great view of the hole metropolitan area, it's only 10 minutes walk. Starting from my apartment, you can have a walk on Lycabetus hill or in its woods, to find an amazing view of the whole Attiki metropolitan area on top of it. To the center of Exarchia, which is a bohemian neighborhood with plenty of taverns, cafes, bars and entertainment, it is a 10 mins walk, to Syntagma square 20 mins, half an hour to the old town "Plaka", and from there another 10 mins up to the Acropolis. From the apartment its only two minutes to the bus stop and 15 minutes to the metro. You can also find very easy a taxi in the neighborhood. Registration number:00000003371
