The Space:
You’ll enter into an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area, featuring stone bench tops, a breakfast bar, an electric oven, gas cook top, coffee maker, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. The living area comes with a 55“ smart TV, a comfy L-shaped sofa and a dining table for 4 people. Corporate travellers will appreciate the study/work desk. A wall-mounted split system air-conditioning unit provides extra comfort in the peak summer and winter seasons.
Glass sliding doors lead out to a generous-sized undercover balcony with a couple of outdoor chairs and a table, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.
There are 2 bedrooms, both with large mirrored built-in robes providing plenty of storage space for longer stays. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed has glass sliding doors leading out to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A second bedroom comes with a double bed.
The main bathroom is tiled and has a shower over a full size-bath with a glass shower screen. For your laundry needs, there’s a washing machine and separate dryer.
The apartment comes with its own secure car space.

Parramatta is a dynamic satellite city of Sydney with a bustling commercial area and a vibrant arts scene. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Parramatta’s Westfield Shopping Centre, offering 5 levels of retail spread over five city blocks, as well as supermarkets, cinemas, and a food court. It’s also an 8-minute walk to beautiful Parramatta Park with its riverside walking and cycling trails. Church Street, with its array of Asian eateries, is just a 5-minute stroll, offering diverse dining options, and the eateries in Parramatta Square are close by too. The Riverside Theatres are 15 minutes on foot.
Getting Around:
The apartment comes with its own parking space, but if you prefer public transport, getting around central Parramatta is easy and free with the Parramatta Shuttle Bus. This circuit bus runs every 10 minutes 7 days a week starting from Macquarie Street near Centenary Square
To get to Sydney CBD (Downtown), it’s a 7 minute walk to Parramatta Train Station which can be accessed via the Westfield. From the station, you can catch regular train services to Sydney’s train hub Town Hall Station in around 30 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
