The perfect getaway for the annual TPC Waste Management Open Golf Tournament, Barrett Jackson Car Show, Spring Training Baseball, Phoenix Film Festival, family vacation & more! This 2,000 square-foot single story home has three furnished bedrooms, a living space with a foosball table, formal dining room, gourmet luxury kitchen with upgraded appliances, a spacious living room with a cozy fire place and a 1/4 acre to play in the grass, oversized play pool (NOT HEATED) and basketball court. Free WiFi access on property in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Gas outdoor grill, fresh veggies in the garden to use as well. We have a special cleaning crew and 72 hour buffer in between guests for extra precautions in order to protect the health and safety of our guests. AMENITIES THAT MAKE US STAND OUT: We know the struggle is real when it comes to basic needs while traveling. This is why we offer the following items during your stay: - coffee and traditional coffee pot - several condiments in the fridge - paper goods (plates, cups, napkins, silverware): in addition to traditional kitchenware - laundry soap - basic toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and more! We like to pull out all the stops for our guests, and we make sure you have everything you need to enjoy the pool, backyard, kitchen and sleeping quarters! Other things you won't find at short-term rentals: - swimming toys - basketball both on the side of the house and in the pool - volleyball net for the pool - plenty of pool towels - lounge chairs - outdoor fans - gas BBQ grill - gas fire pit (upon request) - smoker (upon request) - sunscreen (upon request) OTHER DETAILS: You will receive an email after you book that includes the full property address, front door code access, a rental agreement that needs to be signed within 48 hours or else your reservation is cancelled, and other information. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Check in time is 3PM on the date of arrival. Check out is at 10AM. Special check in and check out times can be made available upon request. Note: If checking out on a Monday, guests are asked to wheel the large trash and recycle bins to the curb on Sunday night. Trash and Recycle pick up is on Monday mornings. Please wheel the cans back into the backyard if staying longer than a Monday. All guests need to park in the driveway. There is no access to the garage. Our HOA doesn't allow cars parked along the sidewalk overnight, so please park all cars in the driveway where there is plenty of shade throughout the day. Even though restrictions for the state of Arizona have been relaxed over the past few weeks in regards to COVID-19, we are asking guests not to bring others into our home at this time. OTHER RULES: - The rental party will have to submit all names of people who will occupy the home. - We encourage all travelers to purchase travelers insurance. - Smoking is NOT allowed in the home. This includes traditional cigarettes, e-cigarettes and marijuana. Smoking is allowed outside only. - People other than those in the guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. The rental should not be used for filming or photoshoots. The guest will be charged a commercial fee. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above. If this rule is violated then guests forfeits rental with no refund. - Noise: Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00a.m. There should be no parties hosted in the home. No guns or fireworks should be discharged. Security deposit will be held for cleaning if there is a party hosted in the home. - Risk: The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. See attached waiver. - Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. - Only use appliances for their intended uses. - Pets are NOT ALLOWED. Violation of this WILL result in a $500 fine per pet that was not permitted, a request for the pet(s) to immediate be removed or else the guests must vacate the property and their reservation is cancelled with no refund, and potential other damages and policies of the booking site. - Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway only. No garage access. Parking on the road is permitted as long as neighbors driveways are not blocked, but not overnight. The HOA does NOT allow overnight parking on the road. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. - Pool & Spa: There will be pool and yard maintenance during your stay. Please do not put any chemicals or other foreign liquids into the pool or spa. Swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. No running, and the ground is slippery when wet. Security deposit will be held for cleaning if there is a party hosted in the home. - Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the home, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. If you are staying longer than 2 weeks, housekeeping CAN come and tidy up based on the renters preference, which will be discussed at the time of booking. - Internet: Internet is provided to you during your stay. The Homeowners are not liable for any illegal downloaded content and any fines that occur for any illegal activities will be passed to the guest. - Garbage and Recycling: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. The garbage and recycling trucks come on Monday mornings. If you are checking out on a Monday, or staying on a Monday, we ask that you roll the garage cans to the curb on Sunday nights, and roll them back in on Monday nights. - Storms: If there is a storm or fire no refunds will be given unless: The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in the area, we will refund: ▪ Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; ▪ Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to come in after the evacuation. * Guests who are booking must also sign a separate short-term rental contract and liability in order to stay at this property within 48 hours of booking through this site.
