This spacious 5 bedroom villa is truly the turn of luxury and comfort with its impeccable modern interior and its own private pool! Enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and coastline and feel at peace with the world as you soak up the sun on the comfortable sun loungers by your private pool (4 x 8 m). You can also take advantage of the delicious Mediterranean climate (there is rarely a drop of rain!) Having a barbecue and a traditional Spanish outdoor party with your family and friends. Upon entering this magnificent villa you will instantly be enchanted with modern architecture, although with touches of traditional Catalan features that create a perfect harmony between modern comfort and rustic charm. On the ground floor you will find an impeccable kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to recreate some of your favorite foods of yesteryear, a dining area and living room with cozy fireplace, flat screen TV, hi-fi stereo, DVD player and WiFi throughout the villa to keep you entertained. There is also a bedroom with bathroom and a double bed. As you climb the marble staircase to the second floor, you discover (1) a bedroom with a double bed, (2) a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, and (3) and (4) two double rooms that share a bathroom. Shops and supermarkets are only a 5-minute walk away, along with the local bakery with its tempting smell of freshly baked bread and pastries that attract passers-by to come for their croissant and their coffee with milk. The nearest beach is only 10 minutes away by car, where you can sunbathe and have a cocktail in a beach bar with the locals. No trip to Catalonia is complete without visiting the dynamic city of Barcelona.
