Summary: While the apartment itself seemed to have undergone some renovation, the condition of the overall property (other than the beautiful garden in the courtyard) leaves a lot to be desired. We found the shower enclosure too small and the overall condition of the bathroom wanting a bit (missing sink stopper for example). Communication with Io was excellent and she requested our feedback herself in order to improve.
