Positive: Our host Leonardo was responsive and very helpful, he provided detailed instructions on how to obtain the keys and easy to follow directions to the apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location, close to shops and restaurants but not super busy
Negative: The only fault we had with the apartment was that there weren't any glasses or cups provided in the kitchen, it would have been helpful to have these
Summary: Would definitely recommend CasaNova - perfect stay!
