On the first level, the living room with a comfortable 3 meters sofa, invites you to unwind and soak in the breathtaking views of the swimming pool and the glistening sea beyond. Large windows and glass doors allow natural light to flood the space, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere. At the same level, the kitchen is fully equipped with a Bosh® fitted oven, Whirlpool® fridge, and Bosh® dish washer, while the kitchen island with the Bora® ceramic hobs is where delicious dishes are made, and life happens around. Adjacent to the kitchen is a convenient WC.
Ascending the six steps of the staircase, you'll reach the second level. Here, you'll discover the two bedrooms, each having its own en suite bathroom.
