For a day trip, a trip to the most southwestern point of Europe (Cabo de São Vicente) including a trip along the west coast, where you can discover hidden bays with beautiful beaches in a breathtaking panorama, is worthwhile. On the other hand, the Monchique Mountains with the Foia Mountain are also worth a trip, especially for lovers of hiking. In the town of Monchique, with winding streets and a beautiful view of the Algarve, it is worth trying some hearty regional specialties in a rustic restaurant.
