Positive: Location to nearby shopping center, restaurants with a relative safe neighborhood for walking. Bed was comfortable. Lots of storage space available. Lots of space in living room/dining/kitchen area. Good fan in bedroom.
Negative: No AC in Living Room/Kitchen/Dining area - with heat during day, makes space unusable. Living area is too big to extend AC from bedroom. No desk/chair for working in apartment (ideally it would have one in bedroom). Dinner table and chairs are uncomfortable and not conducive for sitting long term. Apartment doesn't have the basics for cleaning. Kitchen accessories do not include coffeemaker. Checkout is earlier than normal (10am). On third floor and no elevator - so wary if bringing excessive luggage. This is an apartment rental - no cleaning services included - to consider for longer-stays. AC hits bed directly and no blankets available. No blackout curtains in bedroom. Pre-arrival communication was curt. Readers beware of reviews - admin offers discount if reviews are 100% positive.
