Casa Olivi is a dream with breathtaking views. A protected building set in the gorgeous Marche region, the outside of the house remained true to its origins, while Swiss architects Markus Wespi and Jérôme de Meuron transformed the inside into a stunning and modern space decorated in neutral colours and flooded with light. Casa Olivi has everything you could expect in such a luxurious villa, from signature furnishings from international designers to a state of the art kitchen. The exteriors offer a magnificent infinity pool, well-furnished spaces to eat and relax as well as special features such as a Japanese grill and an outside cooking area. Only 5 minutes away from the city of Treia with a very good asphalt road, 20 minutes from Macerata and its open-air opera festival in the summer and 1 hour from the Monte Conero and the Adriatic coast, Casa Olivi is ideally located for discovering beautiful cities in Umbria, sightseeing and activities in the Marches. The nearest shop is 4 km away. There are a bar within walking distance (2 km) and a gastronomic restaurant "Il Casolare dei Secreti" 3,5 km away. Maintenance of the house, pool, garden, cleaning, air conditioning, heating system and WIFI are all inclusive. The villa has been featured in many lifestyle magazines such as Elle and Côté Sud. During their stay in Casa Olivi, we offer our guests the opportunity to taste some of our favourite wines. All of them have been carefully selected together with our great and passionate sommeliers Amy and Mirco. They would also be delighted to organize a wine tasting evening. Another highlight could be a dinner prepared by Gianna, an Italian lady who excels at cooking the best local dishes. Here is how she prepares Lasagne Vincisgrassi. Or maybe a Pizza-Party? We can also organize a diner with a Michelin-Starred Chef, Errico Recanati or Michele Biagiola. Truffle hunting in autumn near Acqualagna or an off-road trip with our 4x4 Land Rover Defender (250 Euro / day) can also be organised. Another fantastic experience would be a boat trip with a private boat around the Monte Conero in the Adriatic Sea.
