We have completely renovated the ground and first floors of the house.
A 35-square-meter kitchen with a central island will make cooking a delight. A 90-square-meter living room on the first floor features floor-to-ceiling windows, impressive LED strip lighting recessed into the ceiling and walls, a 100-inch television and a 4K projector, and a pergola on the front terrace, opposite the first-floor living room.
The house has two living rooms, both with open-plan kitchens: one of 80 square meters on the ground floor next to the pool area, and another of 90 square meters on the first floor, both with spectacular views of the sea and the city.
Located in an unbeatable location, with the best views in the city of Almuñécar, this house boasts spectacular views of the sea, the city, and the Almuñécar plains. Facing south, it receives sunlight throughout the day. It is extremely spacious, and the luxury of this house is reflected in its amenities.
A huge infinity pool with two waterfalls, an outdoor jacuzzi for 8 people, an open-air cinema with music, an indoor climate-controlled cinema room, 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a charcoal barbecue, billiards, ping pong, darts, gym equipment, and high-speed Wi-Fi (1 GB). Thanks to its 475 square meters of living space, the house is very spacious.

An exclusive indoor cinema room and 4 projectors distributed throughout the house (with 150-inch screens and 4K projectors) create a truly spectacular visual experience. In addition to two 75-inch TVs, two 85-inch TVs, and a 100-inch TV, we have two computers, an outdoor jacuzzi for eight people at once, a barbecue, high-speed internet, 1 GB fiber optic internet, and Wi-Fi throughout the house, as well as air conditioning (heating and cooling) in every room.
We maintain the pool water temperature at a minimum of 28 degrees Celsius year-round, at no extra cost; it's included in the price. We have abundant energy thanks to our solar panel system, which supplies all the house's electrical needs.
