This luxury property is 140 sq m large and is situated next to Marina de Botafoch, the most trendy and renowned area of the island, few steps away from all the attractions of Ibiza. The beach of Talamanca as well as the most beautiful restaurants and bars of Marina of Botafoch and Marina of Ibiza are really at hand (you will reach them just crossing Avenida 8 de Agosto) while “Pacha” (the most famous disco of the world) is just round the corner. Casa Marisol is perfect for 6 people, it is composed by a living room with sofa, a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, ceramic hobs, dishwasher and all useful appliances), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a balcony with sea view and it offers all kind of amenities (Sat TV, air conditioning, WI FI, washing machine, clothes dryer, etc...) From there you can enjoy views of the sea and of Talamanca beach. It enjoys of a communal swimming pool and a parking (monitored by cameras) for those who decide to rent a car, however the bus stop is just 100 meters far, while the taxi stop is 200 meters away, near the “Pacha”. Finally, guests will be welcomed by our staff at check in and will get assistance for all the needs during their stay until check-out. Neighborhood and surroundings Ibiza is renowned throughout the world for nightlife and parties and is the ideal place for those who love fun and wild nightlife, but the island is also a little gem to be discovered, a magical place to spend the holidays with family or friends surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Rental rules This property is part of the Free Cancellation Program. All the bookings cancelled between 59 and 7 days prior to the arrival day, will be fully refunded. In order for the Free Cancellation to be activated, the deposit must have been paid and the balance must have been settled by the due date as specified in the booking. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival date.
