This romantic stone house is located in the quiet and green surroundings of the village of Sošići, only 10 minutes by car from Rovinj. In addition to a lovingly furnished interior on two floors, you will find a fairytale garden completely framed by a stone wall, which ensures both privacy and security. Beautiful plants, several lovely spots for relaxing, a private whirlpool, as well as a covered terrace with dining table and barbecue fireplace make it a perfect place to unwind. The most popular and probably most beautiful coastal town of Istria, Rovinj, is only ten minutes away by car and definitely worth a visit. Rovinj offers not only an enchanting old town with interesting sights, but also some excellent restaurants, bars, cafes and many shopping facilities. Only 100 metres from the house you will find a bike/hiking trail that leads in one direction to Rovinj and in the other direction to Kanfanar. To the sea in the Lim Bay it is only 2.5 km. There you will find a romantic natural spot for swimming and a recommendable seafood restaurant.
