Positive: Views spectacular and nearby restaurant amazing!
Negative: 1. was charged for my second car even though parking lot could have supported vehicle...parking was advertised as free and onsight...no mention of only one car. 2. circuit breaker tripped a few times. 3. Told host and property manager that we had no hot water. They sent the pool boy to inspect...he was at a loss. I had to demand a plumber and threaten to leave and demand a refund in order to get the hot water heater fixed. Entire day 1 without hot water. 4. Shower caps are required to swim in the pool as well as taking a foot bth and a shower prior to swimming. Strictly enforced but never mentioned in add or by host. Found out after going down to pool. Again had to complain to host and demand free shower caps as he intended to charge us. Not mentioned in ad and had to climb 150 steps up to manager station to retrieve caps...host could have told us initially. 5. Place is a bit run down and in disrepair. 6. The site manager is a piece of work.
Summary: Would never stay there again. I never write a bad review. This place deserved one.
