You have hundreds of miles of trails within a 5 minute drive to hike, bike and ride UTV's along with several golf courses to enjoy including Gold Canyon Golf Resort.

Peralta trails is a gated community. After booking you will be asked to provide detailed vehicle information for homeowner to submit with HOA rental registration form. This will gain you access to the community pool as well. HOME CAN ONLY ACCOMODATE 3 VEHICLES. Only one vehicle can fit in garage. Driveway can fit 2 cars. NO overnight street parking is allowed! Overflow vehicle parking option available upon request... must inquire for further details.
