Visitors are welcome as long as the villa remains within the maximum occupancy. 🌴There is a $25 nightly utilities fee which includes air condition, electricity, propane, internet, cable that is upgraded to include HD movies both in English and Spanish and sports channels as well as an endless supply of bottled water attached to all CASA COCO-SOL bookings that is payable by cash in US or pesos on arrival 🌴Music is allowed as long as it is within the boundaries of the property so that others can also enjoy their villas 🌴Smoking is restricted to outdoor living area only 🌴Pets must receive prior approval 🌴Each adult must provide id on arrival 🌴Water park is open 11 am - 7 pm daily except on Tuesday it is closed 🌴Optional Pack & Play travel crib or Highchair can be reserved for an addition fee of $20 or $30 for both for entire stay that is payable by cash in US or pesos on arrival 🌴For international guest that require a mandatory Covid test done prior to departure it would be a pleasure for CASA COCO to arrange for a local doctor to come perform the test in the privacy of the villa which includes providing same day results.
